signup: You can
now signup members based on different registration forms
and the fields in each of the forms can be optional or
mandatory. Each signup form can have an auto generated
expiry date for the member, auto level and group
assignment.
Additional
fields:
eeWebMembershipPro has 6 additional fields that you can
rename based on your requirement right from your
administration page. So you don't need any customization
to add additional fields.
Approve
before access:
You can approve a member before the member can access the
website after signing up for your website's membership.
Activation
from email: You
can stop unwanted/invalid members from registering by
forcing them to activate their membership by clicking on a
link in their email.
Basic
Password Protection:
It provides the basic password protection for any ASP page
or ASP application. The protection is based on the
sessions and can automatically timeout based on the time
set by you.
Member
Expiry: Every
member can have an expiry date after which the member
cannot access the website. The members can also have
unlimited access based on your discretion.
Member
activation/deactivation:
You can activate or deactivate a member by just checking a
checkbox from the admin section. You also have a choice of
doing it during signup.
Group Based
Security: You can
assign a member to many groups and also protect any file
for multiple groups. The access to these files can be
granted to the members of those groups only.
Level based
security: Every
member can be assigned an access level during signup and
your website or files can be protected based on the member
levels.
Mailing list: From Admin
panel you can send email to all members
Forgot
Password: The
members can retrieve their forgotten password to their
email address by just entering their username.
Edit
profile: The
members can edit their profile and change their password
very easily at any time.

Management:
Add/edit/delete groups from an easy management interface.
You can have unlimited groups.
All Member
listing: Detailed
member listing of all members registered with your
website. You can also edit or delete a member from the
same page.
Group based
member listing:
You can view all members belonging to a certain group from
this screen.
Manage mail
list: You can add
or remove members from the mailing list from this screen.
Send
newsletters: You
can send newsletters to all members based on their levels,
groups and also send newsletters to all the mailing list
members.
Setup
preferences: You
can change the preferences of the website in a live mode
and change will take effect right away. You do not need to
physically edit any file and change them.
Member
logs: You can
view logs for all the members, all the information during
their login is logged into the database. You can also
reset this information easily.
Expired
members: You can
view all expired members from this screen and delete them
or edit them from a link.
Manage blocked emails:
Add/Delete email addresses and manage them.
Viewing of
records: All the
listings in the admin section are paged and can be easily
browsed through by clicking on the page numbers.
Advanced
search of members:
You can search for members with a particular field and in
a particular group.
Basic
keyword search:
Search through the members with a simple keyword search.
Reset all
member logs:
Easily reset the logs for a particular member or all the
members by the click of a single button.
Instant
stats: Get
instant information on how many members, mailing list
members, groups, approve message, member logs are listed
on your website.
Change
maximum levels:
You can have unlimited levels, just modify it in the admin
interface and you can start using them.

single member:
Send an email to any member from the listing pages.

Members of a group can be sent newsletters.
